To support individuals struggling with Physical, Emotional &/or Mental health issues & associated symptoms, such as Stress, Burnout, Anxiety, Depression, Loneliness, Digestive disorders & low-energy related Illnesses.

The Yoga Therapy process will be structured with one to one consultations (frequency depending on what suits each individual best) along with a regular, personal practice which will include an appropriate combination & sequence of yoga tools. 

Yoga Therapy Questionnaire form to be completed & signed before the first consultation.
