A safe, calm, non-judgemental & supportive space in which to observe, explore, share & discuss thoughts & feelings, with honesty & compassion. To develop an optimistic, sensitive & intuitive attitude toward & about yourself. To encourage more clarity & confidence in relationships & communication. To gradually introduce new & effective lifestyle choices & changes, finding courage to let go of habitual patterns of behaviour & reactions that no longer serve you nor others well. To pacify, rebalance & cleanse systems on a physical, emotional, mental, energetic & spiritual level. To release some of the build up of trauma, resistance, stress, anxiety & tension & restore a sense of inner spaciousness, freedom & well being. To cultivate a loving connection with your heart, learning to trust strength, peace & light deep within. To perhaps recognise & embrace your dharma, life's purpose, which can resonate, guide, manifest & enrich moment to moment, day to day :)
