Yoga by its very nature can be deeply therapeutic, bringing us very much back in touch with our heart, our truth & Self. A beautiful & meaningful path of self-discovery & Love.....

Introducing a new online session anahata sanga on Sunday 11th January, 5-5.45pm...a space for santosha, to gather together for gentle breathing & meditation practices, followed by mauna practice, stillness & silence, £5.
Please let me know if you are interested in attending a regular online Relaxation session on Thursdays 6-7pm - with Meditation, Pranayama, breathing practices & Chanting Mantra. Format will vary week to week. Time for pause & recharge. £12 per session.
