I am also an Artist and just like my yoga practice, my artwork is deeply passionate and heartfelt and inspired by myself as a Woman, Wife and Mother - by Life and Love. Compositions explore ideas and feelings with honesty, understanding, compassion and respect. My abstract and organic style celebrates the beauty, flow and expressive qualities of lines, shapes and colours, all of which I experience and embody within yoga postures as well.
