Mondays 7-8.30pm, March 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd (30th TBC)

 

Zoom/Online Group Classes:

Mondays 9 - 10.15am, March 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd & 30th

Tuesdays 6.15 - 7.30pm, March 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th

Thursdays 9.15-10.45am, March 5th, 12th, 19th & 26th
