Online anahata sanga on Sunday 8th March at 5-5.45pm...a space for santosha, to gather together for gentle breathing & meditation practices, followed by mauna practice, stillness & silence, £5.
Online Relaxation session on Thursday 12th March 6-7pm - with Meditation, Pranayama, breathing practices & Chanting Mantra. Time for pause & recharge, £12.
