Yoga by its very nature can be deeply therapeutic, bringing us very much back in touch with our heart, our truth & Self. A beautiful & meaningful path of self-discovery & Love.....

Thank you to everyone who participated in cherished research for my yoga thesis last year. It has inspired a new online initiative for Women in our local communities. Introducing
an online gathering for Women, a compassionate space to explore stillness, connection & deep healing within. Gentle breathing, meditation & chanting practices, time also for relaxation, quiet & contemplation. May appeal to those of you feeling overwhelmed, weary & in need of some emotional support & nervous system regulation & care.
Thursday 21st May. 7-8pm, £12.
Online anahata sangas on scheduled Sundays, 5-5.45pm...a space for santosha, to gather together for gentle breathing & meditation practices, followed by mauna practice, stillness & silence, £5.
