The free yoga session on Sunday 9th July at Shenley Village Hall was very special. Big thanks to everyone who attended. I hope to offer another one at some time in the future.

A free Online yoga session for NHS staff on a Saturday morning every couple of months.
We last met on Saturday 21st October, 9-10.30am, very special as always. Space to express & restore.

Oopportunity & intention to pause for a while, to observe your breath & to gently cultivate peace & stillness within mind, body & spirit'
Also on offer more Relaxation, Breath work, Meditation & Chakra-based sessions for those with less capacity for movement or perhaps struggling with depleted energy-levels, such as Fatigue or associated symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Post/Long Covid.
Seated yoga practice for anyone who might find it a challenge to lower down &/or arise from a yoga mat.
