Please let me know if you are interested in attending a regular online Meditation session Thursdays 6.15-7pm - with Pranayama, breathing practices, Bhavana, Visualisation & Chanting Mantra - beautiful yoga tools to help cultivate stillness & peace within Mind, Body & Soul, £10.
I would love to start an Online or In person Seated/Chair Yoga class for anyone who might find it a challenge to lower down &/or rise from a yoga mat, please let me know if you are interested.
