Donations welcome from anyone experiencing financial difficulties.

A free Online yoga session for NHS staff on a Saturday morning every few months. 

Space to express & restore.

I'm hoping to start an Online Chair Yoga class, one hour, £10. Please let me know if you'd be interested..

The free yoga session last summer at Shenley Village Hall was very special. Big thanks to everyone who attended. I hope to offer another one at some point in the future.

Also on offer more Relaxation, Breath work, Meditation & Chakra-based sessions for those with less capacity for movement or perhaps struggling with depleted energy-levels, such as Fatigue or associated symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Post/Long Covid. 


Seated yoga practice for anyone who might find it a challenge to lower down &/or arise from a yoga mat.

Yoga sessions for small or large businesses - could this be useful within your workplace? Are your staff or colleagues struggling with low energy levels, stress or anxiety? Could some yoga practice be offered as part of a Well-being programme or manifesto? A peaceful space to rest, strengthen & replenish in mind & body, to feel acknowledged & supported. Please ask for details.
