Namaste and welcome to space for anahatasantosha,

anāhata - heart chakra (energy/emotional centre) santosha - contentment 

 

Anāhata/Heart-led & inspired practice - to connect & awaken within the emotional heart space. To perhaps help settle some of the challenging & distracting fluctuations which arise within. Time to explore the potential of a deeply intuitive, forgiving & compassionate heart.

Yoga by its very nature can be deeply therapeutic, bringing us very much back in touch with our heart, our truth & Self. A beautiful & meaningful path of self-discovery & Love.....

 

News/Events​​

June/July/August summer class schedules are subject to change due, I will continue not keep students informed :)

Online anahata sangas on scheduled Sundays, 5-5.45pm...a space for santosha, to gather together for gentle breathing & meditation practices, followed by mauna practice, stillness & silence, £10. 

 

Keen to establish an early morning online yoga class, Wednesdays 7-8am & also an online Relaxation/Meditation session, Thursdays 6-7pm, £12 per session. Please let me know if you're interested. Would take time to develop, happy to go ahead with one or 2 participants to start with :)

Private In person or Zoom/Online Classes - One to one or x2 students - option for small group - by arrangement, at student home

Group Class - Shenley Village Hall

Mondays 7-8.30pm, July 13th, 20th & 27th, 9-10.30am (no class 6th) August 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th (no class 31st)

Zoom/Online Group Classes:

Mondays 9 - 10.30am, July 27th (no classes 6th, 13th & 20th) August 3rd, 10th, 17th & 24th (no class 31st)

Tuesdays 6 - 7.30pm, July 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th, 6-7.30pm

Thursdays 9.15-10.45amJuly 9th, 16th & 23rd (no class 2nd & 30th, possibly 28th or 31st instead TBC)
