Gentle and compassionate yoga practice, In person & Online

 

 In person Group Class Mondays 7-8.30pm at Shenley Village Hall,

£15/class or £48/monthly block of 4 classes. Donations welcome from anyone experiencing financial difficulties.

I'm back from my Yoga Therapy Training course. Classes have resumed. Next module in September :)

Weekly Online schedule listed below & Private classes as arranged. 

 

A free Online yoga session for NHS staff every couple of months, please ask if you'd like to join the next one. Time to express & restore.

Also on offer more Relaxation, Breath work, Meditation & Chakra-based sessions for those with less capacity for movement or perhaps struggling with depleted energy-levels, such as Fatigue or associated symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or

Post/Long Covid. 

 

Gentle chair or mat yoga practice which might help support individuals with Breast Cancer or in recovery, extra special care & consideration for tenderness within chest, shoulders & arms, during treatment or post-surgery.

Seated yoga practice for anyone who might find it a challenge to lower down &/or arise from a yoga mat.

Yoga sessions for small or large businesses - could this be useful within your workplace? Are your staff or colleagues struggling with low energy levels, stress or anxiety?
