Gentle and compassionate yoga practice, In person & Online

Indoor Group Class Mondays 7-8.30pm at Shenley Village Hall,

£15/class or £48/monthly block of 4 classes. 

Weekly online schedule listed below & private classes as arranged. 

 

A free online yoga session for NHS staff every couple of months, please ask if you'd like to join the next one on Saturday 14th January, 10-11.30am.

Also on offer more Relaxation, Breath work, Meditation & Chakra-based sessions for those with less capacity for movement or perhaps struggling with depleted energy-levels, such as Fatigue or associated symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or

Post/Long Covid. 

Yoga sessions for small or large businesses - could this be useful within your workplace? Are your staff or colleagues struggling with low energy levels, stress or anxiety?
