A free yoga session on Saturday 7th December 10-11.30am at Shenley Village Hall, a sprinkle of seasonal light & joy for the local community. Big thanks to everyone who attended the one in July, it was very special. I look forward to seeing some of you again soon :)
Also on offer more Relaxation, Breath work, Meditation & Chakra-based sessions for those with less capacity for movement or perhaps struggling with depleted energy-levels, such as Fatigue or associated symptoms of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome or Post/Long Covid.
Seated yoga practice for anyone who might find it a challenge to lower down &/or arise from a yoga mat.
